Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in Des Moines, IA is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Agent to greet passengers, check in and issue boarding passes, and assist travelers using our reservation system.

You’ll work with computers, learn new programs, and benefit from on-the-job training, flexible shifts, and potential overtime. A high school diploma or GED and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while assisting customers.
• Assist passengers with luggage and guide them to their destination.
• Work varied shifts, including irregular hours, weekends and holidays.
