The Boeing Company in North Charleston, SC seeks an Airplane Equipment Installation Design Engineer (Associate, Experienced or Senior) to join our Equipment Installation team. You will develop and maintain electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs for aircraft, including racks, power panels, cable routing and harness details.
CAD experience with CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX is required. Model-based definitions and data-driven design will be part of daily work.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2), Experienced (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Airplane Equipment Installation Design Engineer.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Mechanical , Aeronautical or Electrical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. 2+ years of experience with wire design/wire harness installation and/or equipment installation. 2+ years of experience working with computer aided design (CAD) such as CATIA, Solidworks, Siemens, NX.
Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Model-Based Definition (CATIA V5 or higher, Solidworks, Siemens, NX), ENOVIA, and PDM Experience using all the Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to quickly adapt to program tools and procedures Knowledge and ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings. Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

Summary Pay Range: Associate (Level 2): $91,800 - $124,200 Experienced (Level 3): $112,200 - $151,800 Senior (level 4): $136,850 - $185,150
