Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is hiring a Wheelchair Supervisor to oversee wheelchair agents and related equipment for arriving and departing flights at New York facilities. You will ensure passengers with mobility or accessibility needs are supported and directed through the airport process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience with customer service and supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees have correct information for daily assignments.
• Monitor hours to run a lean and efficient operation.
• Balance work hours with demands of the operation.
• Prioritize tasks and manage the turnaround of an aircraft from arrival to departure.
• Respond to emergencies and non-emergencies to efficiently reach a solution.
• Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to daily schedules.
• Provide leadership reports to the executive team and maintain logs of dispatch information.
• Oversee all customer service issues related to bound passengers and resolve concerns.
• Direct passengers through customs and immigration.
• Operate a computerized system for wheelchair support during boardings and arrivals.
• Assist customers with a smile and travel needs.
• Perform other related duties within the appropriate skill and experience.
