gategroup is seeking a Specialty Cook with proven experience in Indian cuisine to interpret and produce menu items to airline specifications. You'll work with specialty equipment, translate recipes to English, and contribute to high-volume production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires five years of experience in Indian cuisine, culinary certification or degree preferred, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Competenze

• Culinary degree and/or cook certification preferred.
• Five years of experience in cooking specialty cuisine.
• Experience in quantity and quality food preparation and kitchen maintenance.

Mansioni

• Prepares all Specialty Cuisine dishes as per menu specifications and recipes.
• Uses Specialty Cuisine cooking equipment, techniques and plate presentation.
