Job summary

Breeze Contract is hiring a Ramp Operations Agent at RDU in Morrisville, NC. You will handle baggage, marshal aircraft, and operate ground support equipment while supporting arrivals and departures. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with seasonal shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have open availability for 30–40 hours per week.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Hours may vary based on flight schedules and seasonal changes.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer luggage, loading and unloading on aircraft.
• Marshaling in and pushing back aircraft; operate ground service equipment.
• Meet arriving flights and service departing flights; assist customers with special needs.
• Assist customer service agents as needed and perform other duties.
• Move baggage and cargo to and from aircraft and baggage area.
• Load and unload baggage, luggage, and mail; operate ground equipment like tugs and belt loaders.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates; ensure safe ramp areas and report hazards.
• Follow safety regulations and wear proper safety items; communicate via two-way radio.
