Job summary

Atlantic City International is seeking a customer service‑oriented individual to support passengers and charter customers with attentive service, ticketing, baggage handling, and floor operations. You will assist with seating, information on times, and coordinate with lead for accommodations as needed.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with FAA and airport regulations, handling denied boarding situations, and performing other duties assigned while maintaining safety and courteous

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience or equivalent training.
• Must read and write English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Customer's tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage for size and quantity, and assign seats.
• Provide information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seating arrangements.
• Handle denied boarding situations, solicit volunteers, accommodate Customers, and provide hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers when appropriate.
• Ensure FAA, Airline, and airport regulations are followed.
• Enforce safety/security measures and protect sensitive zones.
• Assist Customers with special needs, i.e., Customers who need assistance in boarding.
