Job summary

Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc in Morrisville, NC is hiring for a Full Time Clerical role focused on total customer service for airline and charter clients. You will listen to needs, handle inquiries promptly, and complete transactions, with additional duties across ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations, and commissary as required.

Requirements include a High School diploma, at least two years in customer service, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum two years customer service experience.
• Read and write English; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on size and quantity, assign seats.
• Provide information on arrivals/departures, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist with denied boarding, vouchers for hotels/meals/taxi when appropriate.
• Ensure FAA/airline regulations and safety procedures are followed.
• Support ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations and commissary duties as needed.
• Read and write English; work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
