Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning functions for aircraft departures.
• Communicate with employees via radio and relay information to SOC.
• Prepare weight and balance sheets for each flight prior to departure.
• Perform load calculations for passengers, baggage, and fuel.
• Make entries in the computer system and update scheduled departures.
• Provide updated corrections to scheduled flights.
