Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead AM or PM food production team and safeguard on-time performance.
• Develop and streamline processes for cost, quality and production assurance.
• Adhere to food safety compliance and regulations (HACCP, FDA, internal rules).
• Plan assigned work to ensure on-time delivery of finished products.
• Manage labor and stay within budgeted goals.
• Collaborate with suppliers for timely ingredient delivery.
