Unifi Aviation LLC in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking customer service representatives to assist passengers with arrivals, ticketing, and check-in processes. No experience is required, as paid training will be provided. You will help ensure a smooth experience for all passengers, including those with special needs.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, has a high school diploma or GED, and can manage physical requirements like lifting up to 70lbs. We offer flight privileges, comprehensive insurance, and a supportive environment.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Mansioni

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in.
• Handle ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure availability of wheelchairs and strollers.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe manner following operational standards.
