Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather and airport environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and 21+ years old.
• Ability to handle reservations, check-in, ticketing and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignments and baggage services.
• Communicate flight delays or changes and re‑accommodate passengers per policy.
• Assist with payments, fare information, and passenger questions in person or by phone.
• Maintain AA brand standards and ensure safety and security requirements.
