Job summary

Corpay is seeking an Airline Sourcing Manager to lead market research, RFPs, and hotel/transport sourcing for crew accommodations and related services. You will coordinate multiple projects, liaise with internal teams, and drive cost efficiencies across regions.

The role requires deep industry understanding, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex contracting processes while ensuring high-quality deliverables for clients.

• Solid knowledge and understanding of both the Aviation and Hospitality industries.

• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Zoom.
• Ability to learn new platforms/tools.
• Trilingual a plus—English, Spanish, Portuguese; bilingual required (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, property analysis and market RFPs for crew accommodations.
• Negotiate RFP terms and rates (crew, DPAX, URA—hotels and transport).
• Complete contracting for DPAX hotels/transport and URAs.
• Monitor markets for price changes and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop pricing comparisons and present final hotel/transport options.
• Compose market intel reports for smaller cities to accompany the final report.
• Identify savings and revenue potential in markets.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Vet hotels/transport vendors to meet vetting criteria.
• Prepare, deliver and present all required deliverables.
• Participate in product development by sharing feedback.
• Understand client operations and accommodation requirements.
• Build relationships with hotel and transport vendors.
• Ensure accuracy before handover.
• Follow up with Account Management until business is placed.
• Negotiate Fee Agreements as needed per client.
• Know hotel brands and management companies.
• Submit assigned reports—monthly time tracker.
• Maintain RFP tool contact databases.
• Manage market escalations as assigned.
• Meet departmental goals and performance standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Travel and conduct hotel site visits as needed.
