Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure area is organized, staffed and directed; delivery times met.
• Conduct daily work group meetings.
• Schedule and control staff to meet labour productivity and overtime targets.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, HACCP and other regulations.
• Document and follow up on department processes to implement improvements.
• Ensure on-time and accurate production/catering for all flights.
• Monitor safety regulations and compliance.
• Lead and develop staff in line with HR policies.
