Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Catering Warehouse Agent to support warehouse and inventory operations for catering products and equipment. You will assist with inventory control, product handling, and commissary operations while ensuring safety, organization, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires effective communication, the ability to work in a team, and the capacity to meet tight flight schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency required.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, catering, or logistics operations preferred.
• Ability to obtain airport and security clearances.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and strip commissary items according to airline specifications and schedules.
• Perform inventory counts and audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Receive, inspect, and verify catering deliveries, including temperature checks.
• Handle, load, and unload catering products and materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support reporting requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts.
• Assist with setup, cleaning and organization of warehouse areas.
• Meet operational timelines and ensure products are ready for flights.
• Participate in Safety Management System processes and incident reporting.
• Communicate effectively with team members and operational staff.
