Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work onsite in an operational environment.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to obtain airport and security clearances.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to operate equipment such as forklifts and catering vehicles.
• Experience in airline catering, food production, or quality control preferred.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify catering carts and flight setups to ensure all items present and meet airline specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on catering components including temperature, presentation, labeling, and equipment placement.
• Identify, document, and report discrepancies or defects, ensuring corrective action prior to departure.
• Confirm final counts and specifications with drivers and kitchen staff before carts are released.
• Support flight kitchen operations, including cart setup, staging, and movement as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, drivers, and leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to flight schedule changes and adjust quality checks to meet operational demands.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety, security, and food safety standards.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to workplace safety protocols.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
