SkyChefs is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead and develop a team of Flight Coordinators on-site in Seattle. You will drive daily catering operations, coordinate with airline customers and internal teams, and ensure service levels meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of leadership in high-volume aviation/food-service operations, excel in cross-functional collaboration, and have GMP/HACCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume operations.
• Experience leading frontline teams in fast-paced environments with focus on safety, quality, and performance.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate customer requirements and manage time-sensitive service requests with high customer satisfaction.
• Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate across departments and with customers.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP and food safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting audits and compliance reviews to ensure policy adherence.
• Knowledge of inventory control and supply planning in an operational setting.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive improvements.
• Ability to train and onboard new staff and support performance development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Flight Coordinators to ensure consistent execution of customer requirements and operational standards.
• Serve as a liaison between airline customers and internal teams to address concerns and coordinate service recovery.
• Coordinate flight schedule changes, catering updates, and requirements across departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, Transportation, Production, Warehouse, and Quality to support daily flight execution and resolve issues.
• Analyze operational performance, feedback, and delay data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety regulations, audits, and company policies through regular oversight.
• Oversee inventory controls, equipment management, and supply ordering to maintain readiness.
• Develop and maintain standardized processes and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor staffing levels and workload to ensure adequate coverage and resource allocation.
• Support employee engagement and onboarding initiatives to foster accountability and teamwork.
• Partner with leadership to identify challenges and drive improvement initiatives aligning with organizational goals.
• Ensure timely documentation and communication related to accounts, performance, and service recovery.
