Job summary

SkyChefs seeks an Account Supervisor to lead a team of Flight Coordinators, ensuring daily airline catering operations run smoothly and meet customer requirements. The role acts as the key link between airline customers and internal departments, driving service quality and compliance on site at Seattle.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in high-volume operations, strong coaching skills, and a proven ability to manage complex, time-sensitive requests while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in airline catering, aviation ops, logistics, or related high-volume environment.
• Proven track record coaching frontline teams in a fast-paced setting with safety and quality focus.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive service requests while keeping customers satisfied.
• Strong relationships across departments and with customers.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP and food safety/compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting audits and compliance reviews.
• Knowledge of inventory control, supply planning and ordering procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Flight Coordinators; manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance.
• Act as liaison between airline customers and ops teams; address concerns and service recovery.
• Coordinate flight schedule changes, catering updates, and priorities for seamless execution.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, Transportation, Production, Warehouse, Quality.
• Monitor performance data and implement corrective actions to improve service levels.
