• Dispatch and route planning aligned with flight schedules.
• Ensure vehicle inspections and maintenance coordination.
• Verify cart counts, galley configs, and temperature logs.
• Monitor on-time service and staffing to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
