We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Transportation Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and is passionate about leading transportation teams to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time service delivery. This individual will oversee daily transportation operations, manage drivers and support staff, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure compliance with all transportation regulations while delivering exceptional service to customers and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 2-5 years of transportation, logistics, fleet, distribution, or related supervisory experience.
Proven leadership experience managing drivers, transportation personnel, or field operations teams.
Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and transportation safety regulations.
Experience with route planning, fleet management, dispatching, and transportation operations.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management systems (TMS), GPS, and fleet tracking software.
Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
Flexible schedule with the ability to support transportation operations during evenings, weekends, holidays, or emergency situations as needed.
