Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is hiring for a Healthcare Airfreight Director - US to execute the global healthcare airfreight strategy and drive growth of the US portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales and Product teams to enhance healthcare airfreight solutions, processes, and subject matter expertise. The role requires 7–10 years in airfreight, healthcare/pharma experience, and at least 5 years of supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7–10 years airfreight experience, healthcare/pharma preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of GDP quality systems, deviations, CAPA and change control.

Responsibilities

• Execute Healthcare Airfreight strategy across the US.
• Lead vendor relationships with airlines and packaging/transport partners.
• Support internal stakeholders with airfreight healthcare solutions and quality aspects.
• Ensure GDP compliant policies and procedures are implemented.
• Drive RFI/RFQ processes and responses for airfreight healthcare.
• Own implementation of new/existing airfreight customers and provide value-added solutions.
