Qualifications

• Typically requires an engineering degree with progressive experience per tenure.
• Backgrounds in Mechanical, Aeronautical/Aerospace or Structural Engineering desired.
• Experience interpreting drawings with emphasis on composite lamination and airframe integration.
• LEAN manufacturing methodologies desired.
• Experience with RTM/SQRTM parts desired.
• Knowledge of GD&T (ANSI Y-14.5M) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and brief CR/CN before the Change Control Board (CCB).
• Provide depositions for nonconforming production parts as MRB engineer.
• Coordinate with Airframe Integrity, Materials & Process, Manufacturing and QA teams.
• Identify root causes and work independently to resolve issues.
• Support the production floor with engineering redlines in a fast-paced prototype environment.
• Present findings and maintain documentation; ensure confidentiality.
