Job summary

Mavagi Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Tractor Operator (Maintenance) to operate tractors and assist with grounds keeping around the project site. You will move materials, load attachments, and ensure efficient workflows under the supervision of the Project Manager.

Responsibilities include leading a small team, training grounds staff, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards while using a range of power tools and equipment. An airfield license ability is required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One-year leadership experience.
• One-year tractor operating experience.
• Ability to obtain an airfield license.
• Ability to operate or learn riding mower and other power tools.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor to move materials and load equipment.
• Train grounds laborers per contract and guidelines.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Perform landscaping tasks (mowing, planting, trimming).
• Maintain cleanliness and use equipment properly.
• Communicate via radio with tower to avoid runway incursion.
