Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• One year of management experience and ability to lead a team.
• One year of tractor operation experience.
• Ability to obtain an airfield license.
• Ability to operate or learn riding mower, weed eater, grass edger, and other tools.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor to move materials, tow, load, and attach implements as described.
• Train grounds laborers and oversee work under contract and schedules.
• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Cut, mow, edge, and landscape grounds including plants and lawns.
• Apply herbicides and fertilizers; plant and maintain vegetation.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tractors and equipment.
• Identify debris or hazards before operating the tractor.
• Move between 25-50+ lbs and perform other duties as assigned.
