Mavagi Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Tractor Operator at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA. This part-time role runs 7:00am–3:00pm, focusing on moving materials, attaching implements, and supporting grounds maintenance around an active airport workspace.

Under supervision, you will lead grounds staff, operate a variety of tractors and implements, and ensure safety and cleanliness of landscaped areas. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to lead a team with one-year management experience.
• Ability to operate a tractor with one-year relevant experience.
• Ability to operate riding mower and other basic power tools.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate gasoline or diesel-powered tractors to move materials and attach implements.
• Train grounds laborers and supervise around the project.
• Perform grounds keeping duties including mowing, edging, landscaping, and debris removal.
• Monitor safety requirements and ensure equipment is used properly.
• Work with teams to meet contract standards at Robins Air Force Base.
