Job summary

TRDI in is seeking a Tractor Operator to attach and operate agricultural and grounds-keeping equipment, including graders, plows, rollers, mowers over 2000 lbs, backhoes, seeders, and disc harrows. Responsibilities include lubrication, minor repairs, and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires operating within airfield areas, performing grounds maintenance, and following all security and safety policies. A high school diploma or GED, plus one year of relevant experience, is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds of various properties including fields and airfields.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and operate tractors and attachments.
• Operate tractors with batwing shredder attachments within airfield areas.
• Prune and maintain hedges, shrubs and trees; apply fertilizers or pesticides as needed.
• Plant, water and maintain lawns, flowers and shrubs; use sprinkler systems.
