Job summary

Tucson International Airport is seeking an Equipment Operator to maintain pavement, fencing, signage, markings, vegetation and equipment at TUS and Ryan Airfield. Under direct supervision, you will ensure FAA FAR Part 139 compliance and provide responsive customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least three years of equipment operation and maintenance experience, preferably at a FAR Part 139 airport. Expect a high-noise outdoor environment and varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years operating equipment and performing pavement/vegetation maintenance.
• Airport experience preferred, FAR Part 139 awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pavement, fencing, signage, markings and vegetation at the airport.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance and repairs.
