Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of grounds or landscaping maintenance experience.
• Must obtain AMA Certification within 6 months of employment and maintain annually.
• Must demonstrate the ability to advance to Building Maintenance Technician III within 18 months of Hire or Promotion.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and skilled grounds maintenance to keep outdoor areas safe and presentable.
• Conduct inspections and complete assigned maintenance tasks to support airport operations.
• Respond to service requests in secured and non-secured airport environments.
• Follow policies, SOPs, and written instructions to accomplish tasks.
