Job summary

You’ll manage gate flow, resolve disruptions, mentor junior staff, and participate in shift turnovers. This fast-paced role requires clear communication, strong judgment, and flexibility for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issue clear, air-to-ground radio instructions for push, taxi, and gate entry.
• Keep pilots informed on gate availability, hold times, and status updates.
• Coordinate real-time gate changes with airlines and RMS as operations demand.
• Document ramp events, incidents, delays, and overnight aircraft stays.
• Provide professional customer service during calls and handoffs.
