Job summary

Alliance Ground International seeks a Ramp Supervisor to lead flights and oversee ground handling operations, ensuring on-time departures and secure, efficient passenger and cargo handling.

You will supervise shift teams, mentor staff, guide aircraft to gates, load/unload baggage and cargo, operate heavy equipment, and maintain safety while adapting to 24/7 schedules in a busy airport environment.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in aviation ground operations.
• Education appropriate to the role.
• Certification/licenses (if applicable).
• Airport badge/security clearance (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure safe, efficient procedures.
• Mentor and coach staff and conduct on-the-job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load, and unload baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean cabins and stock supplies between flights.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo.
• Be punctual, prepared, and safety-driven.
• Support staffing schedules to ensure adequate flight coverage.
• Perform other duties as required by operations.
