Job summary

The City of Dallas is seeking an Airport Communications Specialist to ensure safety, efficiency and outstanding customer service at Dallas Love Field (DAL). You will act as a liaison among airport users, tenants, and staff, and manage information flow for daily operations.

The role requires documenting incidents, coordinating responses to alerts, and using the PA system and IT tools to notify stakeholders; the position supports continuous service improvements and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong and effective relationships.
• Ability to use various equipment and technology, including telecommunication devices, PA system, computers, and information management software.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between airport and stakeholders; provides information and handles inquiries.
• Facilitates coordination between Aviation staff for incidents, events, and requests.
• Maintains records of all communications and ensures proper reporting.
