Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist in athletic settings.
• Experience in high-performance environments like aerospace or tactical athletics.
• Ability to communicate with diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for aircrew.
• Deliver relevant training sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the Human Performance team on program alignment.
• Participate in health education initiatives.
• Assure readiness during PASO site visits.
