Job summary

Compass Government Solutions seeks a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to provide services at Altus AFB in Oklahoma. The CSCS will design comprehensive strength programs, support aircrew preparation for combat aviation, and assist with rehabilitation, data collection, and recovery.

Requirements include a BS in Exercise Science or related field, 2+ years in S&C, CSCS/CSCCa, CPR/AED, and U.S. citizenship for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in strength & conditioning in college/pro sports, tactical, aerospace, or similar high-performance environments.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.
• Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.

Compass Government Solutions seeks an experienced Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to provide services at the Altus AFB in Oklahoma.

Apply your expertise to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), you will play a key role in reducing injury risk and enhancing operational performance by creating individualized comprehensive strength and conditioning programs that integrate prehabilitation, performance centered training, and recovery. The CSCS provides instructional support, data collection, and assists with reconditioning after aircrew injury.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.

• Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related.
• 2+ years of experience in S&C for college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high performance environments.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification
• Current CPR and AED certification.
