Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist in high-performance environments.
• Current CPR certification with AED training.
• Ability to obtain Tier 3 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for aircrew.
• Deliver training in alignment with CRAFT syllabi.
• Collaborate with Site Lead for program alignment.
