Job summary

B3H Corporation seeks a Stan/Eval & EFB Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by maintaining aircrew evaluation records, testing materials, qualification status, and recurring Stan/Eval reporting.

The role requires collaboration with training officers and leadership, with experience using GTIMS/ARMS and proficiency in MS Office. A High School diploma is required, and an Associate’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, training, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flight testing materials.
• Update data in GTIMS, future equivalents, and locally developed databases; maintain aircrew records and complete annual reviews.
• Interface with HARM/SARM and personnel to update ARMS or future equivalents.
• Coordinate with training officer to review and update student and permanent party records, folders and grade books per AFIs.
• Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and leadership of upcoming testing, evaluation and training requirements via email/phone.
• Generate required reports and data for status and review Boards (e.g., A006, STRP, OGV).
• Conduct monthly reviews of evaluation dates and progress.
• Update training and readiness status monthly; participate in applicable meetings.
• Maintain EFB program updates with new publications.
