Job summary

B3H is seeking a Stan/Eval & EFB Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by maintaining aircrew evaluation records, testing materials, qualification status, and recurring Stan/Eval reporting. This role ensures tracking of evaluation requirements, provides accurate status information to leadership, and updates GTIMS/ARMS and related systems.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3+ years in Stan/Eval or aviation operations, and prefer an Associate’s degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation-related field.
• 3+ years in a Stan/Eval office or comparable aviation ops.
• Experience with GTIMS/ARMS or similar systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aircrew evaluation records and testing materials.
• Update GTIMS/ARMS and related systems; process annual reviews of records.
• Notify squadron leadership of upcoming testing and training requirements.
• Coordinate with training officers to review and update records and grade books per AFIs.
• Produce reports for SEB, STRP, and Squadron Certification Boards.
• Update the squadron EFB program with new publications.
