Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes or applications.
• Demonstrated creative approach to technical problem solving.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/365.

Responsabilidades

• Research and analyze manufacturing issues, constraints, and cost drivers for hole preparation and aircraft assembly.
• Assist with improvements or standardization across aircraft assembly processes and interface with support and production teams.
• Identify or develop best practices for hole preparation and related processes and drive standard work to reduce SRR and costs.
• Plan, develop, and integrate new technologies, processes, tools and equipment to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Intermittent travel may be required to support LM facilities and partners.
• Perform other duties as required.
