Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC is seeking a Threadroll Operator Trainee for the 2nd shift in City of Industry, CA. The role requires reading blueprints, learning threadroll procedures, and ensuring quality fasteners meet aerospace standards.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, using precision measuring tools, performing first piece verification, and maintaining a clean, safe work area with lean 5S principles.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Learn to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate threadroll machines for aircraft quality fasteners.
• Read part drawings and work instructions; follow process control procedures.
• Perform first piece verification and loaf pan inspections.
