Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC is hiring an on-site, full-time Threadroll Operator in City of Industry, CA. You will set up and operate threadroll machines to manufacture aircraft quality fasteners, read blueprints, and verify parts with micrometers, calipers, and gages.

You will perform first piece inspections, daily 5S, and basic shop math while following safety procedures and QMS guidelines. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and good teamwork in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• High school diploma or GED; 0–6 months threadrolling experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and part drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic shop math.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate threadroll machines for aircraft quality fasteners.
• Read and interpret part drawings and work instructions.
• Use measuring tools to verify first piece and ongoing quality.
• Perform daily 5S on work area and assist with lean initiatives.
• Report any safety concerns and maintain quality documentation.
