Job summary

flyExclusive, a fast-growing private aviation company based in North Carolina, seeks a Structures Technician to perform aircraft structural repairs, modifications, and inspections in a Part 145 Repair Station. You’ll work hands-on with airframe components, following FAA regulations and OEM data, ensuring safety and timely delivery.

You’ll collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality Control and Materials, document work, use PPE, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with aircraft structural maintenance.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations (FAR 43, 145).

Responsibilities

• Perform structural repairs and fabrication on airframes.
• Execute work orders, engineering orders, and service bulletins per FAA regs.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality Control, and Materials.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and reports.
• Uphold PPE and safety protocols; support audits and inspections.
