Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with related experience in manufacturing/production.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals.
• Must pass Aircraft Structures training and obtain required clearances.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Assemble major structures such as fuselage panels and bulkheads.
• Align parts on jigs and templates; perform part-fitting operations.
• Drilling, riveting, sanding, and tightening to spec; verify dimensions.
• Ensure quality per procedures and use PPE on the shop floor.
• Translate blueprints into fabrications and maintain qualifications.
