Qualifications

• Proficient blueprint reading with ability to interpret service bulletins and engineering work orders.
• Ability to read complex SRMs, reinforce repairs, and plan work.
• Willingness to guide, train, oversee and evaluate others.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for mechanical maintenance and repair on commercial aircraft types.
• Lead and oversee tasks, ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Disassemble and reassemble areas per blueprints and SRMs, with attention to budgets and schedules.
