ST Engineering Aerospace in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced Structures Master Technician with advanced sheet metal expertise to perform and oversee complex structural maintenance and repairs on commercial aircraft, interpreting service bulletins, orders, repair manuals, and blueprints to ensure safety and quality.

You will coordinate task planning, communicate with engineering, planning, materials and customers, and mentor technicians to keep projects on schedule and within budget in a

Qualifications

• Proficient blueprint reading and ability to interpret service bulletins, engineering orders, and repair manuals.
• Knowledge of major structural repairs, layout using bend radius, and basic shop math.
• Ability to install/splice spars, landing gear, trunion changes, and pressure bulkhead repairs.
• Familiar with ATA codes and FAA FARs and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance and repair on commercial aircraft.
• Read and work from service bulletins, ADs, EO's, & EA's.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor tasks to meet goals.
• Coordinate with Planning, Materials, Fabrication and Customers.
• Guide and train other technicians to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate with customers and engineers about sheetmetal work.
