Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced Structures Master Technician to perform and oversee complex sheet metal maintenance and repairs on commercial aircraft. You will interpret service bulletins, EO/EA changes, and repair manuals to ensure quality and safety, while mentoring teammates to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong blueprint reading and the ability to coordinate with engineering, planning, and customers in a fast-paced MRO

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and interpreting service bulletins, ADs, EO/EA changes.
• Experience with sheet metal repair and structural maintenance on aircraft.
• Ability to mentor and guide technicians to maintain schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee mechanical maintenance and repairs on commercial aircraft.
• Read and interpret service bulletins and engineering orders to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate task planning and scheduling with planning, materials and customers.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding sheetmetal work and progress.
