Qualifications

• High School/GED required for maintenance work on aircraft structures.
• Aircraft experience is essential to perform structural repairs and modifications.
• A&P license or repairman’s certificate may substitute for A&P to meet qualifications.
• MRO experience is preferred for working in a commercial maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframes, including repairs and fabrication of structural parts.
• Interpret manuals, blueprints, and repair drawings to determine repair methods and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, drill, assemble, and install aircraft structural components.
• Inspect for damage, corrosion, and wear; take corrective action to restore structural integrity.
• Complete maintenance records to comply with regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned
