Job summary

Avmax Group Inc. is seeking a Structures Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to lead the Structures team and oversee maintenance on customer aircraft. You will coordinate with planning, production, and project managers to ensure plan-aligned task execution and timely repairs.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and adherence to aviation regulations, with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certified A&P.
• Good knowledge of aviation regulations.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Structures personnel as assigned.
• Carry out maintenance repairs on customer aircraft.
• Sign work sheets and work cards for work accomplished.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production and Project Managers for the accomplishment of Major Repairs.
• Assist management in developing training curriculum specific to structures personnel.
• Attend training courses as directed by company management.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to assign tasks that support the project plan.
