The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of diversified maintenance experience and strong leadership skills, along with a current A&P mechanic certificate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience on large aircraft with air carrier, commercial operator, or certified repair station.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in an air carrier and/or repair station.
• Must hold A&P mechanic ratings for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the structures maintenance department and Backshops.
• Lead, assign, and coordinate personnel for all aircraft structural repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Strive for continuous process improvements and efficiencies.
• Conduct regular meetings with Project Managers and Operations personnel.
