Qualifications

• Direct supervision of structures personnel; excellent oral and written communication required.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with others across the organization.
• Solid aircraft knowledge and competency in field of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Structures personnel as assigned.
• Carry out maintenance repairs on customer aircraft.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to assign tasks.
• Sign work sheets and work cards for work accomplished accurately.
• Attend training courses as directed by management.
• Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
