Job summary

Yulista Contract Services LLC is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic II - Structures to assess damage and draft repair procedures for aircraft structural and composite components. You will use advanced metalworking practices to form, cut, bend and fasten replacement parts to damaged structures.

Responsibilities include inspecting components, removing high-strength fasteners, advising on repair/modification, and performing weight/balance and rigging tasks in accordance with technical orders, QA

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of relevant aircraft depot level structural maintenance experience.
FAA Airplane and/or Powerplant certification a plus.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Inspect/assess damage to aircraft structural components and formulate repair procedures.
Remove/install close tolerance, high-strength fasteners in major structural components.
Advise on structural repair, modification, and corrosion protection while preserving strength and weight.
Perform post repair weight and balance functions and control surface rigging as per TOs.
Document maintenance in QA systems and company records.
Operate and maintain related Aircraft SE and use automated maintenance systems.
