Job summary

Yulista Contract Services LLC seeks Aircraft Mechanics I, II, and III (Sheet Metal) to assess damage, draft repair procedures, and perform advanced metalworking on aircraft structures. You will use high-precision metalworking methods, read technical data, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Eligible candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus experience across mechanic levels and the ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant aircraft structural maintenance experience for Mechanic I.
• 5+ years of relevant aircraft depot level structural maintenance experience for Mechanic II.
• 12+ years of relevant aircraft structural maintenance experience for Mechanic III.
• Must have ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
• FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant certification a plus.
• Knowledge of depot level maintenance concepts and procedures.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assess damage to aircraft structural components and draft repair procedures utilizing technical data.
• Remove and install close tolerance, high-strength fasteners in major components.
• Advise on structural repair, modification, and corrosion protection to maintain strength and weight.
• Perform weight and balance checks and rigging per orders.
• Fabricate replacement parts using jigs, fixtures, and forms.
• Document maintenance in QA systems and regulatory requirements.
