JMC Aviation is actively seeking Aircraft Structural Assemblers for our client in Red Oak, Texas. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of aircraft assembly experience, specifically on corporate aircraft, and a proven ability to perform precision structural installation.

Responsibilities include assembling and installing aircraft structures per drawings, drilling close-tolerance holes, and using rivet guns and torque wrenches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Aircraft Assembler or related manufacturing role.
• Experience working on corporate/business aircraft is required.
• Strong experience with close-tolerance drilling and aircraft hardware.
• Proficiency with pneumatic and electric power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft drawings and technical documentation.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft structural assembly and installation per drawings, blueprints, and technical docs.
• Drill close-tolerance holes and install hardware and related components.
• Safely operate pneumatic and electric power tools, including drills and rivet guns.
• Read, interpret, and work accurately from technical drawings and instructions.
• Ensure all assembly work meets quality, dimensional, and safety standards.
• Perform precision fitting, alignment, drilling, riveting, and component installation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following procedures.
